Small wedding in the Cartshed

We decided on the Cartshed at the Haybarn after staying in the area on holiday the previous year (when we were actually meant to be getting married abroad...which was cancelled for pandemic reasons...however we think it all worked out for the best!). The venue is gorgeous, in a beautiful area, and the self-catering accommodation on site worked perfectly for the 7 of us there (6 adults and 1 toddler - who loved being on the farm!). Emma and Becca and family made us feel very welcome and were brilliant in helping us plan the day and making sure everything ran smoothly, with so much attention to detail even with our small number of guests. The Cartshed part of the venue was great for holding the relaxed and intimate ceremony we were after, followed by a delicious BBQ and salads prepared by the Haybarn team (along with a special request dessert!) and an evening around the fire pit. The farm provides some lovely photo opportunities also. Thank you again for having us!”
